MMAP Cam requires the following permissions to function:

Camera Access

  • Purpose: To capture photos using your device’s camera
  • Data Storage: All photos are processed and stored locally on your device
  • Data Sharing: No camera data is transmitted or shared by us

Photo Library Access

  • Purpose: To save captured photos to your device’s photo library
  • Data Storage: Photos are saved directly to your device’s local storage
  • Data Sharing: No photo data is transmitted or shared by us

In-App Purchases

MMAP Cam offers a one-time premium purchase through Apple’s StoreKit framework.

What We Collect for Premium Features:

  • Apple ID Transaction Information: Managed entirely by Apple through StoreKit
  • Purchase Verification: Handled securely by Apple’s servers
  • No Payment Information: We never see or store your payment details

We do not collect or store any information about your purchases. All transaction data is managed by Apple in accordance with their privacy policy.

Third-Party Services

Apple StoreKit

We use Apple’s StoreKit framework for in-app purchases. StoreKit may collect information necessary to process purchases. Please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy for more information.

Google AdMob (Advertising)

Important: The free version of MMAP Cam displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob.

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the free version of the app. Premium users do not see advertisements.

Data Collected by AdMob:

Google AdMob may collect and process the following information for advertising purposes:

  • Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers
  • Advertising ID (IDFA): Apple’s advertising identifier for serving personalized ads
  • IP Address: For approximate location and fraud prevention
  • App Activity: Ad views, clicks, and interactions
  • Diagnostic Data: Crash logs and performance data

Purpose of Data Collection:

Opt-Out of Personalized Advertising:

Data Security

Since we do not collect or transmit any personal data directly, there is no data to secure on our servers. All your photos and settings remain on your device, protected by your device’s security features.

Advertising data collected by Google AdMob is handled according to Google’s security practices and privacy policy.

Children’s Privacy

MMAP Cam does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. The app is designed to be safe for users of all ages.

Google AdMob ads shown in the app are configured to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and are set to show only family-safe content.

Data Retention

By Us: We do not retain any user data since we do not collect it.

By Google AdMob: Please refer to Google’s data retention policy for information about how long advertising data is stored.

Your Rights

  • Access to Personal Data: Since we do not collect personal data, there is no data to access from us. For advertising data, please contact Google directly.
  • Opt-Out of Tracking: You can disable ad tracking through your device settings (see above).
  • Remove Ads: Upgrade to Premium to remove all advertisements and eliminate third-party ad tracking.
  • Delete Data: Uninstalling the app removes all local data from your device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

International Users

MMAP Cam is available worldwide. If you are using the app outside the United States, please note that advertising data may be transferred to and processed in countries where Google operates.
